This Courage & Renewal™ retreat is designed to help us welcome creativity, sit in silence, and revel in community.

Drawing on principles and practices of a Circle of Trust™ and through large group, small group, and solitary reflection, we will explore active creativity, receptive stillness, courageous engagement, and the interconnections and tensions we often navigate. This retreat offers the chance to examine the potential of our deepest truth through poetry and teaching stories, reflection on our own stories, the arts and nature. Using the retreat model of a Circle of Trust™ your facilitators offer an invitation to sit with others as we each engage in the inner work necessary to allow our truest gifts to surface and to press the ‘reset’ button on the treadmill of busy-ness which often overshadows these gifts.

A Courage & Renewal retreat reconnects you with your inner wisdom and with others in a way that can help you to ‘recalibrate.’

At this retreat, you will:

  • Focus without distraction on what matters to you.
  • Learn principles and practices from our Circle of Trust™ approach that can be applied to your daily life and work, helping you stay true to who you are.
  • Connect with others seeking similar insights and aspirations, who share the hope for a renewed sense of courage and creativity in their lives.
