We expect to begin instruction on Friday evening, in Zhi Neng Qi Gong and ancient Dao Yin meditative practices.

Zhi Neng is a powerful form of self-healing which allows us to enhance our vitality and our health. Developed in China by Pang he Ming, Zhi Neng is used by all sorts of people, including people living with serious health challenges.

Will Fudeman is an acupuncturist and social worker who has practiced Tai Chi and Qi Gong for 30 years. Will practices Chinese medicine in Ithaca and has a new book, Before Pharmaceuticals: Emotional Healing with Chinese Medicine.

Armando Santa Ana Chavez was trained as an instructor of Zhi Neng at the Buddhist Center of Mexico City. He uses the energy of light and gravity as a painter and sculptor. Armando is currently a visiting professor of Mexican culture, literature, and art at SUNY Cortland.
