Jaya the Trust Coach

Supreme Self-Honoring Retreat for Women

March 9 – 11, 2012

Light on the Hill Retreat Center

Van Etten, NY

Who would you be if you held and continually moved toward the highest vision of yourself, and held yourself in the highest regard? Who would you be if you couldn’t tolerate negative self-talk? If you went to bed every night and woke up every morning without anxiety or self-recrimination? What if you stepped into your own magnificence every morning and held the awareness of the truth of who you are as you moved through your day?

Join Jaya the Trust Coach and other women at the beautiful and sacred space of Light on the Hill in Van Etten, New York on March 9-11 for a retreat that will be deeply rejuvenating. Increase your self-awareness and talk back to your self-talk. Programming will include stillness and quiet, movement and laughter, inquiry and intention. The Work of Byron Katie, a simple and powerful method of inquiry for questioning your negative thoughts (in this case, limiting or unkind beliefs you carry around about yourself), will be one component of the program–important, but not predominant. There will be several opportunities to go deep inside to meet yourself kindly, and moments of connection and play with other retreat participants.
